By registering an account or using any part of the Hotel Booking Nairobi platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These terms apply to hotel operators using app.hbnairobi.com and guests using booking.hbnairobi.com.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Each subscription is intended for use by a single hotel property. Use of the same account across multiple unaffiliated properties requires a Multi-Property add-on subscription.
The Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis. Fees are charged in Kenyan Shillings (KES) as stated on our pricing page.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Hotel operators may apply to list their property on the public booking portal. Approval is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to remove any listing that:
The listing fee is included in the base subscription. No commission is charged on bookings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HB Nairobi and SomICT shall not be liable for:
Our total liability in any calendar month shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by you in that month.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings. Access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
